Was a long, long time ago. Lived in Elmira, trained in NYC and came to Alaska over 30 years ago. I think I can count on both hands the number of times I have been back there since moving here. Something about the place. I remember shortly after moving here, I was talking to family and all asked when I was going to come home for a visit, I told them maybe in a couple of years, but then they informed me that it had been 10 years (????check date and calendar!!! OMG it was true!). Nice place to visit now and again, beautiful country side and fall scenery is great, but everything else, well,......
