Today, in rehearsal, one of the percussionists was commenting about how stupid an instrument switch was and said that 'it's so gay'. My band teacher went on for about 5 minutes about ho that is inappropriate and ignorant and how he hopes our generation gets past that one quickly. It was so amazing! I love my band teacher! Times like this make me very thankful for good teachers, there are some really nasty ones out there... |
