Age: 17 Posts: 945 Join Date: Jan 2009 |  EC sleep pattern study. i was wondering about EC users sleep patterns. how to take part; put a message here just as your logging off to go sleep., after a week ill check out sleep times of people and work out an average 'bed time' format; country - name - age - gender - time gone to bed - this is merely a curiosity and not impreative so dont feel bad about not doing it  my first; england. I should add that I generally get up between 9am-12/1pm (depending on what day it is and when classes start- either 10:30am or 2:30pm)  So my sleep schedule is alright I think..
