Agree with it? Beats me! I'm not sure what I'm doing next weekend, never mind what will be happening 100,000 years from now!

It IS a cool site though - makes you think.

It looks sort of accurate although I don't know all those big words :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Who knows when the time will come when humans cause there own downfall? =/

  4. This is really interesting, actually. As Jim1454 said, it really makes one think about what earth would be like if humans didn't exist.

    Thanks for sharing!

We will simply move and destroy another planet, sadly.

I think earth is gonna be better if there are no human race. We only destroy.

    And sadly, it's true.
At this point, scientists only began to research about this but if it's possible, people are going to just dump this planet and move to next one:eusa_naug

BTW, the link didn't work anymore:icon_sad:

it's kinda scary. like, it obviously won't happen for a very, very long time, but like, the mental image of "2 days after humans disappear" was like, freaky.

If we don't destroy ourselves for a long time... they'll probably have the technology to do it :frowning2:

ok, we are taking over the outer space right now, with all teh crasp of the dead sattelite, wandering around, they are considered as trash and we are trying to create oxygen on Mars, so we can move there to live and destroy another planet in the Solar System

I always think that if we were all to vanish/die/whatever, the Earth would be in serious trouble from all the unattended nuclear power plants that would likely meltdown. You'd think that would wreak HUGE devastation.

At 300 years, it says bridges will start falling down. That's happening today. The nuclear plants in Europe are already failing. Floods are also more common. A lot of the negative things described are happening while we are right here watching. A more interesting book might be: What 5 things do I need to worry about (and do something about) in the next 10 years. Such as:

    1) Over 40 million people that are HIV positive
    2) Wars in Africa and the Middle East
    3) Religious extremists
    4) World poverty and hunger
    5) Human rights, education, globalization...

Of course, if we're not here, none of the above are important anymore.
