....get my legs waxed for charity? I've wondered what it would be like to have no leg hair before, and since we're coming up to the shorts season I was thinking it would be a pretty good opportunity to do so. If I were to do it for charity I'd be supporting the Terence Higgins Trust, for fairly obvious reasons.
Why not? - cot it would hurt a lot. Money wise - I would aim for £200 or so as a baseline. I think that would be doable just for the amusement factor for everyone else seeing me in lots of pain.
silky smooth finish and money for a good cause...sounds win win...jsut have a bit of dutch courage first
I shaved my legs twice and I loved it. Waxing, I'm not sure about. LOL Do it. It's for charity and you'll love having shaved legs.
Do it! I used to actually really like shaving my legs when I swam.. it feels really cool. If you get the chance, go swimming after your leg hair is gone.
It's just leg hair... and it's for charity! Getting leg hair removed is less worse than scalp hair (at least in the case of women, but it should be the same for dudes). Go for it! It's a good cause.
I say do it. It will grow back. My body hair is pretty fine and brittle. So once it starts getting long it breaks and start falling off. So it looks weird and is annoying. So I generally shave my entire body, except my head, once a year. It is an interesting feeling, so go for it.
I'm just gonna jump to a conclusion here, but I'd say that none of the posts here will tell you to not do it. You're obviously already considering it. Just go on then. Nobody's gonna stop you. There's no risk, nothing bad's gonna happen. Unless you cut your leg or something.
Go for it! It's not that sore (lolz only the inner thighs hurt like crazy). And the smooth feeling afterwards is awesome!
Well, it's kinda happening. I'll start organising everything soon - need to find somewhere that will will come along to my uni halls and do it there, can't stop the baying public from having their fun can we now.
