It's a college town so there is probably some gay community, but from what i remember being there years ago, there wasn't much of one then compared to, say, Minneapolis.
St. Cloud doesn't have much of any town, in my opinion, gay or not. The college is there, and the prison, and that's about it. I highly doubt there will be any clubs or anything. Minneapolis however, has a lot, and is only about 45 minutes away.
