I was supposed to see Fang Island last week, but my partner busted his ankle, so I stayed home with him instead. I did see Passion Pit a few weeks back.

I'm going to go see The Eagles in June. Also ZZ Top.

I saw Rush about 2 years ago.

    ZZ Top is awesome live!

I'm gonna go see Rush in July I think? And if Tool announces dates on the East Coast this Summer, I'm definitely seeing them too. This Summer seems to be very exciting. xD

Just so ya know, you won't be able to do that because it's the same as linking to an offsite profile, this time being a Youtube profile. You may not be linking it with the intent to to do things that caused the rules of EC to become tighter, but it's still against the rules to link to the offsite profile, whether it be a direct link to the profile or through a video you posted using that profile.

Glad you enjoyed the concert though, never much of a KISS fan, however.

Kiss had a few good albums in the 70s and I would of loved to see them then but now, they are WAY out of their prime. Glad you enjoyed them though. I dont really like Gene Simmons at all. He's such an asshole. XD

Why am I going to see the indie rock bands, and everybody here under the age of 25 is going to see the classic rock bands?

^ Because Classic Rock = <3 I really want to see Roger Waters doing The Wall too. It's probably gonna be the closest I'll ever get to seeing my beloved Pink Floyd v_v

Unfortunately Roger Waters isn't coming to Winnipeg for this tour so there is only one option... Roadtrip! Toronto and Vancouver are both several hundred bucks for plane tickets so the cheapest option for me is to rent a car and drive down to St. Paul, Minnesota. I did it once to see Santana and it was an easy enough drive.

His Dark Side of the Moon tour was awesome and The Wall sounds like it would be even better.

Looks like I'm going to see Trooper in July. Just a small show at a casino and the price was alright.

There are a couple of others I want to see: Buddy Guy and April Wine but I have already spent way more than I should have on concerts this year so maybe if they are on tour again sometime.

Blame Rock Band and the fact that 95 percent of new music sucks hard.

And I gotta say, Rush is probably the best first concert to go to! My first concert was Rush during their Vapor Trails tour, and OMFG they put on a hell of a show!

I definitely can't blame Rock Band xD Rock Band was only an added bonus. I blame my own personal choice of the music I listened to growing up and/or music my parents listened to. Or the best radio stations being Rock Stations. (RIP K-Rock 92.3 <3 v_v)

Yeah, I actually love Rock Band, but mostly, since I grew up in the '80s and '90s and my parents are young, I grew up listening to a lot of classic rock. My dad is a huge fan of AC/DC, Kiss, Rush, and Van Halen, and my mom's a huge fan of Aerosmith, Bob Seger, and Led Zepplin.

Gee, I wonder where I got at least some of my taste in music?
