I just saw The Laramie Project for the first time. I was blown away. WOW....I wish everyone could see this. The world would be a better place.

How many of you have seen it?

I've seen the film of it. It was very powerful, I'd like to see it on stage though.

I want to see the movie and the stage production. I performed a monologue by the father from the play as an audition once.

  7. The film version is coming on HBO in ten minutes, and I'm going to watch. A college close to my high school performed the play. I didn't go, but our dear Fred Phelps did, and then came to my school for good measure. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Anyways, I'm really excited to watch!

I have seen it a few different times. It's a popular choice for high school one-act play competitions (at least in MN), and it's always a tear jerker.
