    basically, they discovered something that can like, absorb radiation from water, which would have made the outcomes of chernobyl and three mile island way different!


    as a totally unrelated foot note, my brother like, finds these things haha. the ones i find kinda rad i share with you guys

    Hm, I'll suspend judgement until they use it, but it seems like if it works, a lot of the world's fears will be solved. Basically, we'd be able to switch to nuclear power - and just in time, too.

    hmm, I wouldn't want to drink pre-radio active water until its tested more... a LOT more :/ but it sounds good!

    Now the Greenpeace douchebags will hopefully stop complaining about the dangers of nuclear contamination.

    We have nuclear fuel for centuries of power generation.

    At the moment, they've got every reason to complain, though. That's a bit harsh, isn't it?

    After all, it currently *does* take thousands of years to become safe, meaning it has to just be buried somewhere. Now, that's not exactly a good idea for long-term waste-disposal.

    I agree, until it can be completely disposed of im still against neuclear power. Look at what contamination has done to Hanford, Washington.
