As the title suggests I am so bored of the internet. I frequent basically 3 sites when I get on and hope that people on AIM entertain me while I am on. But either I talk to are away or arnt online. And the sites I go to arnt offering me any enjoyment. Can any of you suggest any good sites to go to. Blogs?

Please no porn or game sites. I have dial up. It would be much appreciated to break this extreme boredom.:smilewave

    What are you interested in?

I look around for all sorts of stuff when I get bored - for instance - I like to travel. So...I just hit Google for place names. Or I might do an advanced search for pics of places that I have been to/interest me.

I'm a bit of a car nut. So I'll look up various different Motor shows and see what new models there are in various countries - Oh - and "wreckedexotics.com" (I think that's right) is good for hours of harmeless fun.

I might want a laugh - so I'll look for "joke" sites. Useful when I swap silly stuff via email with friends.

I like sport - so I might look up different events that interest me - or check out musicians I like, etc etc.

I might just throw a few "key" words at a "Google advanced" search and see what it comes up with. Like "Bizarre stupid funny" or something.

There's all sorts of strange stuff out there - and lot's of ways to find it:icon_wink

The, there are all sort of weird and wonderful sites I could mention - but the ones I like might not be your taste at all...anyway, half the fun is looking...

Hey, it's as cheap and stylish as a gift can get

It was a freind's birthday a week ago, and I gave her a huge origami flapping crane (a traditional model)... and the card was the origami waterbomb (also a traditional model) It was great

And I was not kidding about the origami.

Actually I'm giving my boyfriend s a gift wrapped in an origami giftbox made from a 4 inch paper square

I "roleplay"... No not sexually... This may seem weird but there are sites where people roleplay as wrestlers, aka e-fed and compete for titles and stuff. I visit roleplaying sites and take part in rpg's. It can be fun.... But I'm a nerd :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I like to visit game sites like www.newgrounds.com or post on other forums.

Oh, nice idea Chaos. GQMan, it really depends on your personal interests and hobbies, and (like Tribi said) google is an excellent way to find stuff.

Oh, and Goratrix, I took you seriously  I thought it was an awesome idea! I even searched and found some, although I'm yet to actually make them. One day...

Chaos, have you tried actual roleplaying? as in playing a well directed D&D campaing, or perhaps a good ghost story in wod2.0?

Dave, there are different levels of complexity... the traditional models are actually quite easy once you get to do one or two of them... and then there are some basic steps and folds that are common to some models, and thus they are not repeated.

I am now trying to complete a 100 step three-headed dragon based on a 10 inch square of paper. It's prooving to be a difficult task... :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I can rarely find what I want on Google when I am bored. For instance gay skateboarders. It shows porn. Not looking for porn. And I know google will help but I was hoping you could give me a actual website besides a search engine. But thanks TriBi and the rest of you.

Have you tried searching Google Groups, Yahoo Groups, or LiveJournal for a gay skateboarder-related group/community? That's where I'd go...
