I'm going to see how long I can last without dating someone. So far I have 17 years let's see how long I can keep the streak going.
20 years here, if we don't count the girlfriend that I had a few years ago. That "relationship" lasted for 1 week. I ended it because I didn't feel anything at all, in fact I felt awkward...she still doesn't know why. But now I'm really looking for someone
13 years and counting...... I am not counting that girlfriend I had a few years ago, since it didn't last long and I didn't actually have feelings for her........
"I am 17, going on 18, I'll take care of you" hehe totally just went to a quote from Sound of Music....anyway, i am 17 going 18 and havent had a boy/girlfriend, but oh well i will eventually, and am looking forward to it!
It took me until I was 27. That wasn't intentional though, it was due to that closet door remaining closed. There were a couple of "girlfriends" along the way but they didn't last came to nothing, unsurprisingly.
I'm still with my girlfriend(I haven't told her about it yet) even though we don't see each other for almost 10 months but that's because I moved to Japan from America. But I didn't have any relationship until...15 years old. So my record would be 15 years for now(I might break the record in the future)
I believe that there is someone for everyone! I know... that's lame. And it doesn't help you find someone! You just have to keep the faith! I was 25 before I had a serious relationship with someone - I'd had one girlfriend that I didn't really get close with (she was a real 'ice queen', but I guess that suited me.) Then I met my wife and we hit it off, and spent the next 11 years together. 9 months after separating, I think I've met someone (another gay man) that I could actually have a relationship with. It's actually quite amazing! Your time will come.
