So Im getting a tattoo for my 21st and I have a design, wondered what you guys think of it. Says " Have Faith In Love " Btw. And a rough copy. Going to be on my arm.

Looks good but isn't it a tad bit too blocky as is? I mean it's ultimately up to you but wouldn't everything end up smushed together. Or where exactly are you getting it placed on your arm?

It's a bit much for such a small area.. since it is that closely designed it may wind up either a lot smaller than you want or barely recognisable. You may want to just want to go with the japanese characters and avoid the design if it's just going to be on your arm.

I don't have a tatoo... yet... but that is my opinion.

The shoulder is a good area since you can expand. Like I said it looks good but I'd just work on the spacing.

Are you sure its grammatically correct? The Chinese may have a different construct for the imperative form "have" rather then simply "to have." Have it looked over by a native speaker if you can, otherwise you'll end up permanently inked with hanzi smatter.

Haha, I have only a limited education in mandarin.. and I found the grammar a little weird as well...

Haha, I'm conversational in Mandarin and it does not say have faith in love. It doesn't make grammatical sense lol, but usually a Chinese proverb only has 4 characters, but "love" is inside that red box. But hopefully you find something you like and it will mean something to you. Good luck man.
