So we all have do things from time to time that we want to tell others about.

Yesterday I did dead lifts during my work out. My weights were

    5x135 lbs
    5x185 lbs
    5x225 lbs
    5x275 lbs
    4x315 lbs
    3x335 lbs

I'm a little proud of that.

  3. Gee, who would have thought a thread like THIS wouldn't be too busy in a place like THIS? xD

    My bragging:
-I got me some DSL's (is that...appropriate )
    -I like my green eyes
-I have kinda thick eyebrows, which I like
-I was able to write some music I actually liked today

If that's not a recipe for happiness, I don't know what is, so kudos.

As for me, after years of putting it off, ten days ago, I finally passed my driving exam and got my driver's license. My learner's permit was set to expire the day after my test, so I had to get it then or I'd have to go through the whole process again, and I nailed it. I'm particularly proud of myself for two reasons.

    1. I started almost from scratch at the beginning of summer break (actually, I put if off for two weeks, so I had even less time), and managed to teach myself with my parents' help in that time. I did lay the groundwork for my skills by practicing sporadically last summer, but I still felt quite green about the whole thing once I started. Now, after only two months and without ever attending a single driving class, I can drive with the best of them.

    2. I am a great parallel parker. Seriously, my mother is speechless whenever I do it because I'm so good. I can't have practiced it more than a dozen times, but I can now nail it with relative ease.

My hair is really soft and shiny. I love it, and so does everybody else.

    I like my bellybutton.

    ... That's all I can think of.

I've got a prestigious engineering scholarship, some of the best exam results in the country and I'm going to university in a week and a half at age 16.

Somehow I manage all this while still being the laziest person in the world and a total stoner

oh, and I'm also a fairly decent musician too.

I make great cakes. Pretty much every time, they turn out soft and very even and just awesome, despite how shitful my oven is.

I got into my school's select chorus so that means I'm one of the best 30 singers in the school. I'm in it for the next three years and now I don't need to take regular chorus with all the people that really don't care about it/don't know how to read music/talk the whole time. I'm probably going to get into our show choir too, which is the top 20 singers + dancers (I say this because I know the teacher likes me).

    I'm really good at dodgeball.

  15. - I can rant for hours and hours. A lot of people compliment me on my ranting ability.
    - If I see kid getting bullied, I'll kick the bully's ass. I'm really good at ass-kicking.
    - I can hold a conversation with a teacher DURING CLASS for 30+ minutes without even trying.
    - People tell me I look like I'm 18-20 years old even though I'm only 14. Score!
    - I'm freakishly, FREAKISHLY good at trivia and predicting awards show winners.
    - I'm pretty frakkin' good at Rock Band/Guitar Hero. I can get 5 stars on almost any song on expert on guitar/bass/drums. I suck at vocals, though.
    - I can crawl faster than most people can sprint.

I hate bragging about myself, tbqh.

I graduated college as a Magna Cum Laude and managed to get a job in my field. I have a great husband. I'm 28 years old and own my own house in the suburbs with no mortgage. I don't like to lose, so I win at life and things at which I direct genuine effort. I know how to patch plaster and fix big holes in a wall (especially useful to me right now!!).

When I say I'm living the dream, I genuinely mean it. :icon_bigg
