I say a happy happy Fathers Day to all the Daddys out there. I hope you all get a lot of Old Spice and socks. Have a good one.
Well, at least in Australia it is. We celebrate Father's Day on the first Sunday of Spetember, as opposed to the third Sunday of June.
I made my dad his favourite cake White chocolate mud cake. I made it for the first time last year and he ate half of it himself in about a day. It's now his special occasion cake.
Holy shit that sounds good. My sisters and I always make my Dad a cake on Father's Day, and by "my sisters and I", I mean they make it and tell me to get the hell out of the kitchen lol.
You fellers are lucky, my Dad is an enigma wrapped in a mystery. We never know what to get him for anything. Half the gifts we have given him he has never used. I asked him what he wanted this year and he said if we were to get him anything, he wants an automatic putting machine-kerjigger. We went to the progolf shop, and what do you know, they dont have any. So we just got him a card and some money to spend at some Wood expo. It didnt seem to me like a very good gift, I figured he already had money at his disposal. Anyway, I think he was pleased with his fancy, expensive kippers for breakfast.
I wish I could celebrate the american fathers day but I can't really do that. I haven't celebrated it in five years.
