tbh i do kinda agree with the decision, at the end of the day healthcare isn't a right its a benefit, and although this is kinda descrimination, its for the greater good, it means that future generations wont have to shell out more on taxes to pay for elderly fat people with complicated health problems, immigration should benefit a country, not be a burdon to it
