So what is the different because I want that look and If I had to pick a lable which should I go for?
    Backround info:
I am not into self harming
I can get emotional but also be overly cold
I lession to rock music of all types
I know how to kick ass (7 years jujitsu training helps)
I can get spates of depression but then spats of happiness
Love the colours black red and blue and green
And I am slowly changing my apperance to suit either scene or emo.

Why do you need to lable yourself at all?

I agree. I think it's kinda silly. Be yourself?I understand that you want to have a certain look, but like, independence is the best :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

tbh look how you wanna look. My Bf is into all this scene thing and well tbh it rules his life a little. I like the look of emo so thats what i go on but i don't call my self one because i don't want to. dont see the need to. All these labels are just pointless. Look how you wanna look and not what a label says. I wear skinnies but i also wear like loose fitting jogging bottoms.

If you read the question properly it says if I had to, I am not going to lable my self because I will proberly end up somewere in the middle on that fine Line between the two.

Well if you're going to be somewhere in the middle, why not label yourself 'scemo'?

How about this: Be yourself. I hear thats all the rage nowadays.

Labels are for cans, not people. I was called emo all throughout high school and i was called scene once i hit college. Wear what you want, and dont worry about the labels.

Emo is a music genre. Scene is the fashion scene. You cannot be emo but you can be scene. Emo =/= emotional. Emo = Emocore.

END OF IT. shoot, I thought the scene died off a year ago.

Labels are what OTHER people choose to put on you. If asked, tell them what you are and what you like, and let them choose what label they feel like pinning on you. And it literally doesn't matter a jot whether the label "fits" or not. If they want to call you J-Pop Princess, tell them to have fun with it.

I think Emos are actually emotional, and Scenes just like the look, but aren't emotional.

This. ^^^ Especially that last part about scene being dead. I thought it died for the most part when being a 'scene queen'/'scene king' stopped being important and they all grew up from their Myspace fame... justsaying.

So so true. I had a very short-lived scene phase, and I hated all other scene kids because I thought I was unique and they were all fake...

I agree. Life would be so much easier if no one really cared how other people looked, because it REALLY doesn't matter. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
