My Early New Year's Resolution

I decided during school today to make a resolution. I'm tired of having to hide who I am from those who don't know I'm gay. So I made a resolution that by the end of the school year, I will be able to express myself freely. I've taken charge of my high school experience. I want people to remember me as the fabulously flamboyant gay kid, not the socially weird kid who never had a date.

So during Anatomy and Physiology, I started a conversation with a few of my friends who know about my sexuality. I knew that others would be listening, but I didn't care. Now I know for sure that at least three people who didn't know now know. I'm going to try to be even more open about my sexuality. Plus, I'm getting an image revamp over winter break, and I plan on returning to school more fabulous than ever! Here's to taking charge of my life!!
