Went to our favorite restaurant for their now-traditional seven-course NYE meal. About to slip into a food coma. I'll just show you dessert (not even "pre-dessert", which they had).  Mini-chocolate cake slice, mini-chocolate souffle with white chocolate sauce, a quenelle of chocolate ganache on chocolate crumbles...and I COULD have made the mini-milkshake chocolate, too. They have the nerve to call this "a taste of chocolate". A TASTE? It's one step below mainlining.  Closing little sweets. The highlight was the item second from the right - a chocolate truffle with PopRocks coating. Swear to God. Extra WiiFit tomorrow.  Happy 2011 everyone! Lex |
