Marriage is a big thing for gays especially because we don't have it(in some/most places), so I'm curious. Do you want to get married sometime in your lifetime?? Is marriage a big thing to you?? Would you be with a guy if he didn't wanna marry you or vice versa??

Personally, I don't want to get married. It's just not my thing. It's a big thing that I don't think I wanna be involved in. If a guy wanted to get married to me and we were in a long serious relationship and I loved him, then I'd probably do it for him.

It's not a big thing to me either. I would like to have a long-term partner, but if I never get married, I don't think I would be that upset about it. Although I would love to adopt a child and if my long-term partner wanted to adopt a child, maybe marriage would be best. Who knows.

I want the right available to everyone, but personally the idea of marriage freaks me out. I cant imagine tying myself to one person for the rest of my life.

No i do not. I don't quite understand marriage. I think marriage should be solely a religious institution and domestic partnership that of the state.

I'd get hitched. I don't see why not. I mean, if LGBT people are fighting for the right to get married, why wouldn't they want to get married in the end?

Interestingly, Out Magazine recently did a survey and found that younger gay men want to get married more than older gay men (80% of 18-25 year olds vs. 51% of 36-45 year olds).

Definitely. I wanted to when I thought I was straight, and I still do now. I think perhaps I was more the girl though because I dreamed the big white wedding for a long time lol. I wish I could wear a wedding dress
