Awful Weather

    I live in Massachusetts and we are in the middle of a big snow storm with snow, sleet and rain. Most of the schools are closed and there are numerous accidents. For the past month I have had to go into work on my days off for snow removal. Over the past month we have had about 5 feet of snow. I am so sick of winter. I know that about half of the US has had bad weather over the past few days and Austrailia has had floods and cyclones. Hope you are all safe!

    How is the weather were you guys live?

    We've got about 7 inches and counting... fast. I fell asleep but people here said they saw lightning with the snow. That would have been so cool!

    I am north east as well but the hype over the snow made everyone stay home and I got to work in less time than usual.

    Yep...Now the snow turned to rain. I cleared off my car and it felt like removing cement.

    But yea in Montreal we're getting covered in more white stuff then Ke$ha does after a regular monday night.

    Don't forget to mention that the whole area is already all screwed over from the flooding last month =/ Shit's going to be bad...

    Weather here in SD is fine though.

    Several inches of snow. Plus it's currently a beautiful 5 degrees out. Bad enough to cancel morning classes, which was awesome:grin: I think every K-12 school in the state has been closed all week.

    seem like a typical weather in Minnesota, lots and lots of snow and very cold
    people tend to freak out about lots of snow but Minnesota is use to it :slight_smile:

    Today: about 60, sunny, warm. I don't have the heat on in the house, and am not wearing a sweater :wink:

    It got to 8C today - the mid 40s. That's actually very warm for Britain, not too far from the record for the time of year. CERTAINLY not cold~. We still have a few snowdrifts that formed back in November but i have a feeling they'll be gone rather soon </3

    Now everything is covered in ice. The road are pretty bad and there are accidents everywhere. My nephew was in an accident on his way to school today. He is okay but the car is pretty much totaled.

    It is freaking cold here, which is very unusual. The snow and ice hasn't made it to Austin yet.
