Okay, i was going to make the title of this thread "heterochromia", but i figured no-one would ever click on that....

I love eyes. I especially love green eyes. But i doubly especially love eyes of different colour on the same face!

David Bowie is a very very VERY sexy man, but his eyes look different because of an injury rather than because of any natural variation like heterochromia.... Still....

Hooray for beautiful eyes!

The second image looks like its computer generated for some reason. O.o She looks like a Final Fantasy character XD

I love that girls eyes. o3o They're so bright (and really big)

I wish I had a green eye and a blue eye! My mom has eyes that are partially green and partially blue. They're fantastic

I just have blue eyes.

also chemical treatments CAN change the colour of eyes (if the doctor Kari spoke to on mythbusters is to be believed), but i'm sure that would be expensive, not to mention frivolous.

i THINK they're real... There's a doctored version of this girl flying around though, like in this photo

There's a link i used to have which provided access to a tool you could use to try to determine if a photo had been digitally doctored.... I'll try to find it.

Looks like you might be right, i tested both images on http://errorlevelanalysis.com/ , and both had distinct hot spots around the lips and eyes. Looks like someone has been hot-ifying!

oh well, works for me anyway =P

I have sectoral (partial) heterochromia in my left eye. It's one third brown.

So, if asked my eye colour, I just say "mostly blue, with a bit of brown". There's a bit of green where the blue and brown meet, but it's hard to notice.

My eyes change color, depending on what I'm wearing. I've had people tell me I have blue, green, and grey eyes all in the same day. But when my eyes are blue or green, there's usually flecks of brown in them. I'm not sure why they change, but it's cool I guess.

Your eyes don't technically change colors, it's more of an optical illusion (for lack of a better term) that make them look like they are a different color based on what colors you're wearing.

The reason why you eye's can't change colors based on what you're wearing because your body has no physical reaction to colors.

I don't know what causes it, but it's even noticeable in pictures of me. The differences in the color of my eyes is really noticeable too.

Pictures would make it more noticable than in real life.

All eyes are beautiful in my opinion. Heterochromic eyes make me really happy. I always point it out.

My father's colleague's wife has one hazel and one blue eye. I think it's one of her best features.

I've got something like this I usually tend to have eyes that vary from green to a grayish blue and on occasion I've one eye is green and the other is an orange color. When I asked the doc he said it's genetics.
