Wow. I mean, I find Perez annoying (but he's been funny a couple of times). But to say that kind of stuff is messed up.

But a lot of the guys (and girls) online are just bottom scum of society. Alot of people don't waste their time on Basketball forums, and if they do it's because they love the sport (like moi). Those guys (which are on almost every website) are just trying to get a rise out of people.

 

I despise Perez Hilton, and it has nothing to do with him being gay.

Perez Hilton is a sad blogger that talks bad about celebrities if they don't pretend to be his friend. He is desperate for any attention. I think that pretty much sums it up

 

He's this random guy who has a celebrity blog that boomed - he's supposed to be fabulously catty or something. All I know is that he is so obnoxious Will. I. Am punched him in the face.

 

Will. I. Am really punched him? That's just awesome. My respect just shot up a little for that guy.

 

Yeah, Perez Hilton was getting all up in his face yelling at him because Will I. Am wouldn't talk to him. So he started to provoke Will I. Am to get him to respond, and at one point he called Will I. Am a "fucking faggot".

At which point Will I. Am clocked him.



The fact that Perez Hilton called Will I. Am a fucking faggot in itself kind of kills any pity I would otherwise feel for him. If anyone is asking for a punch in the face, it's Perez Hilton.

 

Hahaha, violence isn't cool, but it sure sounds like he was cruisin' for a bruisin', if those reports are accurate.

I personally would love a opertunity to punch perez Hilton's clock... but not because he claims he is gay (strange, for someone who claims to be gay, we never hear about him having ever had a boyfriend, which wouldnt be so strange if it was not for the fact that he is abusive to gay celebrities, and are always trying to out everyone as being gay, which is intrusive and rude.)

When gay people use "faggot" as an insult, it pisses me off a lot worse than if a straight person says it.

 

Frankly it pisses me off cuz it's basically like double-edged sword. We can say faggot but straight people can't? I don't mean to sound horrible BUT it reminds me EXACTLY of how the Black community uses the N word and we can't. Not that I'd ever want to anyway, but I mean I find it silly that there's such double-edged swords in minority communities.

 

I agree. It's an extremely offensive term and most gay people hate it when it's used. So why would we use it the same way homophobes use it? It works against what most gay people are fighting for, equality and ending discrimination. It adds fuel to the fire and lets homophobes say, "You guys use it, why can't we?"

 

there still isent any evidence that he actually is gay. He is highly homophobic towards actual gay people, and we really, as there is no evidence that he is gay, should just accept the more logical conclusion that it is all a act to get attention. the way he abuses and treats the gay community shows he is hardly one of us. he is a walking stereotype, but you never hear of him ever showing any interest in guys.
