alright so im making chocolate cupcakes with funfetti icing (probably more detail then necessary but cupcakes are awsome!!!) for a gsa bakesale thats 2 days long. is 2 dozen per day enough to bring? or do i have to go to the store to buy eggs for tomorrow? please help i dont know the first thing about bakesale ettiquite (or how to speel that word for that matter) and while we're at it..... whats YOUR FAVORITE type of CUPCAKE!!!
It depends on many things. How long are you going to be out there? What other things are you selling? How many cupcakes do you expect to sell?
It may be that you sell them all in the first ten minutes. And it may be that you don't sell a single cupcake. It really is impossible to tell. I'd say two dozen per day is plenty. Favorite cupcake? The peanut-butter-and-jelly ones at D-Bar. Lex
My school has 11-18 year olds and in my expierience the little kids (11-13) have change and like cake. A lot. We had a sale where everyone in my 6th form (about 300 people) braught in cakes (about 6+ each) and they were all gone in 30 mins.
