    Congrats!

One of my best friends just got a job with an airline, so in a couple of months, he'll be a first officer on commuter flights.

Just a word of warning, though. There's a lot of training from start to finish. My friend has 340 hours of flight time, six years of school, plus other training.

    But, it's totally worth it!

ha ha ha thanks you guys, well Xeguar, what i plan on doing is getting my instructors license by the end of sophomore year so that i can work for the school and get more hours that way and get paid for it. then i would ofcourse work for a while on a regional airline or if not just got mainline if i am lucky enough and they like me enough. as for Qantas, thats my goal to get enough hours and move down to Australia, that way i can get more hours live in the coolest country, and get to fly the behemoths like the B744ER and the A388, sexy planes those are
