Ok well I am making my friends something for the end of the year and i am finding one word to describe each one of them, like one I put trustworthy, the other I put compassionate, the other I put dependable. I might put resilient for one of them, but now I need a word for my other friends! I need one word to mean either hard on the outside but soft on the inside, or something like she always bounces back. Also I need a word that means always listens.
Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks!

For the second one: ummm... Try " rejuvenating, Undainting, everlasting" or something like that. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
