but it'll never be fully legalized. why? because the government can't make money off of it. anyone can grow pot. tobacco is difficult to grow, which is why the government allows it, so they can make money off it.
I don't care one way or another about reforming drug laws, but it says in the article that levels of the cancer-inhibiting substance that would be effective can't be reached through smoking weed, and that the drug they've developed from the Cannabis is not psychoactive.
