Is nonetheless a victory... I am proud to announce in a 3-1-1 decision, the Dayton, Ohio (my hometown) City Commission passed an anti-bias ordinance that protects on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity. Dayton becomes the 15th municipality in the State of Ohio to pass such an ordinance.
That's brilliant! And keep in mind, big steps are more often than not bad ones... good things come bit by bit, I've found.
That's awesome! I live about 30 minutes outside of Columbus. Haha. Maybe I'll just move to Dayton after college. =D Em
It's always great to hear about another city that decides to do the right thing and treat people equally.
