People need to realize that impeachment is a trial. It's not an automatic dismissal from office. They can impeach if they want, but they'd still need evidence of actual wrongdoing.
what about the fact that 75-80% of americans, depending on which poll you are reading (only counting scientific poll with quality methadology), want congress to raise taxes on the top brackets to help close the deficit gap? What about all the republicans that fought DADT repeal even though 80%+ americans, along with a majority of military personal who took the time to repsond to the surveys wanted DADT repealed? the GOP clearly doesnt give a flying fuck what the american people want. besides, obama has higher approval ratings than ronald reagen had going into his relection campaign, and the gop has the lowest approval ratings of them all. they should take a hint.
