I was just interested in, if you are attending or planning to college, where you go or want to go . It would be interesting to see if there are common regions in the U.S. and world that EC'rs tend to gravitate to. I'll separate the U.S. regions by time zones. To start off I attend Penn State so I go to school in the east.

I was born in Wisconsin and I've lived here all my life. No real reason to go anywhere. i love the seasons (except Winter...), my family is here, my friends are mostly here and the schools here are really good.

I'm in the eastern time zone now. In two years I'll be applying for grad schools, and I'm scouting out ones in Massachusetts, Colorado, California, and Texas (Austin, just to clarify; I wouldn't be caught dead in any other part of the state

I've never really gotten why Austin is singled out as being distinct from Texas other than the "funky" vibe that it has here in the central part of town. Texas is very diverse and "hip" in many areas besides Austin, so us queermos are okay in most areas despite misconceptions.

That said, if you have any questions about UT and Austin, I'd be happy to answer.

I'll be starting a masters in science with the university of London soon. It's a distance learning course so i picked international.

I also really want to do their undergrad in law but i might have to wait a while.

I used to live in Texas, the Houston area, and Austin felt worlds away. Didn't get to visit any other parts of the state though.
