Found this article and it seems pretty no-nonsense and practical. I figured there might be at least a couple of useful tidbits for some of our high-school aged members

High school has more or less being a story of rise and crash. Everything seems perfect for a while, then something comes along and decides to take a dump on my life. I can't say I'll be sad to see it go, but I won't be happy about moving on either. But last year (Year 10) was a trainwreck, period. I don't think anything went right that year. At least some things are going right this year.
My high school was great before they tore it apart for renovation. Emotionally though, my freshman year I sorta ok and then totally crashed my sophomore and junior year. Luckily I kept my grades though. My senior year was awesome though.
Articles like this make me feel bad about myself. The whole "you should be having fun" message makes me feel like the odd one out, because by no stretch of the imagination am I having fun, and there's no easy way to fix any of the problems I have there.
