I don't mean like "promoting GBLT rights" I mean like them being sort of more... normalizing gay people...urmmm kinda like this commercial

anyone know of any similar ones?

There is an IKEA commercial with two gay men and their kids that I've seen a few times.

Thanks for the contribution, slicky =] The Levi one (middle) was my favourite....i never knew there were so many commercials made by big brands that included homosexuality.

I've always thought the Dale Earnhardt Jr. commercial for Wrangler Jeans was gay.

I've also seen the IKEA commercial (even though I don't even have an IKEA close to my area) but it was so many months ago (like in January). I was amazed and proud that such a big company would do something so daring.

For the people who didn't see it, throughout the commercial, it showed different couples with different furnaiture. At the end, it showed two men cuddling with their two kids (I think a boy and a girl) beside them, all smiling. It was so sweet.

The only gay commercials I've seen on the channels I have were the ones from the church a long while back that were all "Don't legalize gay marriage or children will live horrible lives *insert bible quote*" ones. >.< Not exactly encouraging.
But I did make up my own about two minutes before coming across the topic. >.< I know that doesn't count, but I'm typing it out anyway. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
It starts with two guys in a living room, one is eating ice cream the other reading a book. The guy eating the ice cream drips some on his shirt, and then he wipes it with his finger and the second guy smiles at him. We see Mr. Ice Cream taking off his shirt. The camera zooms out to reveal him handing it to Mr. Book who puts it in the washing machine. Switch to scene of them cuddling. The end. 8D
There could be some sort of message at that point saying something like "Things are not always what they seem."
Or! It could be a commercial for laundry soap. >.> Either way.
