Has anyone else noticed the new facebook layout? I don't know of anyone who likes it. I think it's ridiculous and makes no sense. What do you guys think?

I like it. I don't see why everybody goes and freaks out over every change.
People will stop complaining in a week when they get used to it.
I do find it funny that Google+ opened up its doors for everybody just this week, though. Perfect timing to catch anyone threatening to switch.

While the removal of the "Top Stories" and the "Most Recent" feed switcher is confusing (and unwelcome) the live side bar completely makes up for the odder portions of this redesign. It's an extremely well designed tool, and I think if FB removes it I will be sad.

I miss the "Most Recent" feed option. I've always needed to read through things in some kind of chronological order. The feed itself with the blue tabs just looks so messy to me. And I really do not like the live feed. I see people writing and liking stuff on the walls of people I do not know. It's so creepy to me.

I've never once complained about facebook changes beforehand. Everything previously was generally minor and was easy to get used to. This situation, however, really just isn't something I want to get used to. I don't like being forced to ignore something...

To be honest, it helps the creepers creep more on facebook even though you might have set privacy settings. It's a bit disturbing but it will change how I use facebook and what I do post.

It makes chat annoying because I don't need to know that Friend Z posted on Friend Q's wall or picture.

Yay for making procrastination easier as well...

I'm not liking the live feed much, either. If I was really that interested in seeing what people are posting on each other's walls, I would go and look for it myself.

I hate it. It's cluttered, confusing, no 'Most Recent', the 'two feeds' I find are irritating, and the whole look of it is just genuinely user un-friendly.

I've downloaded a plug-in just so I can get rid of it.

I don't particularly like it, but like with every other change, I'll get used to it and then forget what the old one looked like. It always amuses me how every time there's a change, people start clamouring for the old layout back, forgetting when that layout they're begging to return was first introduced, they hated it too.

i find the new layout to be annoying, more cluttered, and less user friendly. Also i don't understand why facebook thinks it knows what i want to look at out of my news feed >_> as it has yet to get it right. I don't understand why they just wouldn't add a "things you may like" tab or some shit instead of this crazy new layout. I'm not gonna quit using it or anything over it but i do think people who don't like it should be vocal about it as inevitably it will affect the number of people that use the site and how often they do. This will in turn negatively affect facebook's ability to make money from things like advertising along with just being annoying. If i wanted to get free services i was not aloud to complain about i'd move to like north korea or something.

It doesn't bother me. Facebook changes so often it's almost a ritual, just man up and get used to it.
