Or do they just go on the forums and chat? and if they do read them, how do you find out if they've read yours?

I read almost every blog, but I don't comment on many of them. There's no way to tell if somebody has or hasn't read your unless you ask them and they tell you. My personal experience has been that very few people even bother with them.

Occasionally. I never blog here though, when I use my blog IRL (as in, outside EC, which I can't link you) I'm very much someone who talks about serious issues and whatnot. If I have something that is really bugging me, instead of blogging, I open my abuse cannons and start typing in caps, profusely swearing and spamming people's news feeds.
