Sometimes if someone I know well and really like posts one I'll read it, but I usually don't bother with it most of the time.
I read almost every blog, but I don't comment on many of them. There's no way to tell if somebody has or hasn't read your unless you ask them and they tell you. My personal experience has been that very few people even bother with them.
I look at them once in a while. Not too often and definitely not as often as I read through the forum.
I write them. I don't really care if anyone reads them, though. :] I read other people's blog entries when I have the time, just to learn more about people.
Occasionally. I never blog here though, when I use my blog IRL (as in, outside EC, which I can't link you) I'm very much someone who talks about serious issues and whatnot. If I have something that is really bugging me, instead of blogging, I open my abuse cannons and start typing in caps, profusely swearing and spamming people's news feeds.
