Location: Houston, TX Posts: 114 Join Date: Oct 2011 |  Happy Stories Relating to LGBT issues/Being LGBT/etc. I figured that this forum needs a little more positivity. Just share any stories, short or long, that relate to LGBT issues/being LGBT/ etc. and make you happy! Today I took an online survey for gay teens and won $10 in credits for a shopping website! I turned around and used it to buy a rainbow bracelet and rainbow flag without my parent's permission. (It's not that I'm not out to my parents or that my parents wouldn't approve of my purchases, it's just that I'd feel awkward having them order those items for me.) I can't wait for them to come in!  |

It was actually really good, and kinda funny.... just saying, made me smile....

Ever since I accepted myself, being a lesbian just comes naturally. Its nothing I have to think about all the time and I don't feel like a weirdo just because I like the same sex. Its great. That was before we became together but it was the sweetest thing ever. |
