It would be marvellous to send off UCAS on Monday.
    Psychology mocks Tuesday and Wednesday
    Maths coursework due Thursday
    English oral presentation on Thursday
    Economics presentation Friday
    French oral mock Friday
    Biology coursework due 25th November
2 Economics courseworks due 5th December
Extended Essay due December (basically somewhere in between an Extended Project and a Dissertation)
TOK essay due December (basically somewhere in between Critical Thinking and Philosophy)
6 subjects. End-of-two-year-exams (no resits). The equivalent of Gold DofE (granted minus the expedition). Compulsory critical thinking and a 'formal research' EPQ. Maths harder than A Level Maths + Further Maths, with a course to be completed in a third of teaching time. Clueless Universities asking for the equivalent of A*A*A*A on AAB courses. Competing against native speakers on 'foreign language' courses. Needing to memorise the Latin name of 3343492389238 phyla in the animal and plant kingdoms. Being so 'academically traditional' and 'rigorous' it's stuck in the 1890's. Unseen texts. Closed book exams. Competing against Asian geniuses. Marking being more of an 'artistic interpretation' in essay-subjects. Trying to get a score 5 grades higher than any in the entire last cohort got. A history of just one student getting into their firm uni at my school.

    IBFML.

    Do I win?

Btw, I actually really like the IB! If everyone did it, then I wouldn't moan so much as it can distinguish between good and excellent students. Now let's see where I fall...
    Still a ballache though.

Not too great, struggling to think of something to do, but its nice to be away from school and not have many exams to prepare for.

4 days of babysitting my sister and staying up late to type a stupid guide is not OK =_=
But I guess I'm fine, just maybe the lack of sleep........

    I'm hanging in there.

Waiting for the results of my MRI. Hopefully then we'll know what is going on with my back.

I was a little worried about my grades in some of my classes but I'm still on track to make the Dean's List again so that's a really big relief. I have a meeting for an internship spot next Tuesday but I'm not too worried about it, and I've been connecting with old friends a lot recently.

    So overall, pretty good. ^_^

My life could be a lot worse, though I'm going back to my old habits of going to bed at ungodly hours and not exercising regularly.

My lazy bone has grown to an extent that I must be watchful, especially since I will face 2 examinations in a few days. :frowning2:

    I'm alright. Not too bad.

But more importantly, I like your choice of forum avatar!
