I really do love it. It's an incredible song that can be closely described as having an exotic, Indian feel. And yet it's so much more than that as well. The arrangement on this song is simply spectacular, so you can listen to it over and over again trying to catch everything. The music itself and the lyrics paint such an amazing picture of incense, smoke, loss, and dark night. It gives me chills. [shiver] On a side note, Gackt whispers over the end, but he's purposely very hard to hear over the music. I adore Gackt. I know he's kinda the standard Japanese musician to obsess over, but I really do want his babies. The amount of nude photos you can find of him, though... *dies*
I listen to some japanese music but I don't pay a whole lot of attention so I've never heard of him before. He has a very haunting voice. I've got to look for more of his music. I actually love Hyde although I've only heard a few of his songs. So far my favorite song of his is Season's Call. It's very beautiful.
...I'm not a big fan of Gackt, but Hyde is awesome! (Oh, just a note. The english phrases in the lyrics are not a direct translation of the japanese lyrics next to them. ex. "kaze ni kiesou na kioku o= Fading memory is slowly drawn hosoi ito de yukkuri to hikiyoseru= Towards the wind by a slender thread" Kaze means wind but in the english there isn't any wind mentioned, but in the next line it is but not in japanese.)
