How'd you all go? (not sure how many VCE people here, so anyone can post their results from school this year)

    These are my results: (/50)

    English........................31
    IT: Software................42
    IT: IPM.......................42
    Maths Methods.............41
    Music Solo...................34
    Business Mngmnt..........33

    ENTER: 90.45 (/99.9)

    I was aiming for 90+, so I guess I achieved that :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: ... I'm happy!
Especially since the clearly-in ENTER score for my course last year was 88.45, so I've got a good chance of getting an offer in January!

Our A+ to D grades make up those numbers you see above.
We get letter grades for our assessment tasks throughout the year and for our exams. Then we are given a score out of 50 for the entire year of the subject.

Just as an indicator to the people who aren't sure what the ENTER means, essentially it shows where you stand in the state and how many people you 'beat'.

So an ENTER of 90.00 means you beat 90%, and are in the top 10% of the state.

ENTER = Equivalent National Tertiary Entrance Rank
It's used to admit Year 12 students into tertiary institutions.

Congratulations you guys. Don't non-U.S. countries give F's? I've seen everyone saying A-D. Is D failing then?

I know in Melbourne, Australia, teachers are meant to give the politically correct "UG" instead of an F. UG =
"ungraded". It's basically so kids don't feel stupid when told they fail.
