Hi All,
This may not be appropriate place to post this...
But I want to take a vegetarian disk for a Holiday Party. It's a potluck.

What would you like to eat, if you were to eat something vegetarian.

Couscous with winter root vegetables
Couscous with cherry tomatoes and zucchini
Vegetarian chili
Fusili in a mushroom Gorgonzola sauce

Other suggestions/recipe links welcome.

I certainly wish a good holiday seasons to my fellow EC-ers

I personally think the vegetarian chili sounds the most appetizing.

They all sound great! But then again, I'm veggie.

Personally, if I had to choose one, I would go with the pasta/mushroom dish. However, the chili might be more popular for a potluck.

My mouth is watering, haha. :]

I say chili. Easier to make a big batch of, easier to transport and keep warm, and more likely to be a hit with people from various backgrounds.

I would gladly eat any of the above - and I am not a vegetarian, mind you.

I think the couscous wih Winter veg would go over well though, since it's a seasonal thing. But chili is always good when it's chilly outside.

They all sound delish! I would have to choose the fusili in a mushroom Gorgonzola sauce! Oh yum...Pasta, mushrooms, cheese--you simply cannot go wrong. I am a vegetarian, and I enjoy finding new dishes to try, especially around the holidays! Happy cooking!
