On Boxing Day lunch I, my brothers, and my father will be in Brighton where Grandma will have a SECOND Christmas dinner ready! That will involve some wonderful turkey and a vegetarian dish of some kind. The most important thing of these meals is the roast potatoes, though!

And it has to be spelled with two e's, because that's how my brother spelled it once. xD

I will update on tomorrow's result though. I don't know what the main course will be but there will surely be no shortage to side. I'm more of a sides kind of person so I don't usually find the main meat course that memorable. It will likely be ham though.

Started with Foie Gras, continued with Venison, baked pears and Gratin Dauphinois, then on to the cheese, and finished with the traditional ice cream. A disaster for my weight, but this is one day I'm not regretting that overmuch ![]()
