Anyone else here like chili? I just made up another batch of chili. I just ate a bowl of it it was pretty good. It still has a couple of more hours to cook, which will make it better. This is the one I used. 2 lbs 96/4 hamburger meat. 2 cans tomatos 2 cans dark red beans 2 cans pinto beans 2 cans green chilis 1.5 Tsp chili power 6 tsp minced onion 1 tsp minced garlic 2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper I brown the hamburger meat. Drain the water from the beans. Then throw everything in a crock pot for 10 hours I'm already thinking about my next batch. I'm thinking of putting a some cumin, and a bit more garlic. I'm also thinking of adding some other peppers. Maybe some Poblano peppers and maybe some red peppers. I'm also trying to come up with a beer chili. Just need to figure out how to adjust the ingredients.
