Default A question to lesbian mothers and children who have two mothers

How do you know which mum is which? Do you have a variation on the word mum/mom/mother? If you do can you put down both words?

I have this same question, as to two gay dads. I suppose the baby can just call one 'mommy' and the other one 'mama' or something.

In The L Word Bette and Tina call themselves Mama B and Mama T I think that's a cute way to do it.

For a time I lived next door to a woman who had two mothers. She called them both Mom.

My friend had 2 mothers and he called his birth mother mom and the other one mom Susan or something like that. It was years ago so I'm not exactly sure but that's from what I remember. I went to high school with another kid who called both his moms mom.
