Ok, so I'm a bit of a nub when it comes to skate shoes. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: Just bought myself a pair and don't know if they're done right.

Are the shoe laces just done up like normal shoes or is there a special way to do it?

Once you have them done do you tie it up in a knot or just let the laces sit in (or out) the shoes?

Is your heel mean to go in and out of the shoe or is that bad?

ohhh. brah, get a pair of vans. i've worn vans literally my entire life. once i grew out of the baby shoes and got my first pair of sneakers, that's when i started wearin vans. you can lace them however, but i do a horizontal lace. there should be a guide, i'll try to find one. but you can google it.
