    Okay so I went to get a glass of water and wasnt paying attention. i filled it up and took a few sips and set it down on the table. when I sat down i noticed that it was covered with ants!!! ahhhhhh

    sorry i just needed to share

    I like ants... I keep a few around in case my granny tries to come near me.

    I dont usually mind ants but I think I drank a few of them and it grossed me out

    We have a nest of common black ones in the step below our back door, so in summer you always wipe the counter straight away and never leave jam open!They're not that bad, just annoying. Especially if they get in your clothes. >.>

    She's right, pound for pound ants have more protein than beef.
    So it's not gross, it's just eating healthy. :slight_smile:

    I despise ants. Maybe it's because I hate insects in general so much. They're creepy and crawly, and when they crawl on you they're sticky and you hardly feel them. They're just generally disgusting.

    Ewwwww! That's happened to me a few times, though usually with a sweet drink (soda, Kool-Aid). I hate it when that happens, I don't like sharing with creepy crawlies!
