    its been established that each additional brother in a family is 33% more likely to be gay. something about the mother's womb's reaction to a male fetus that develops after the first male child.

    On a side note, I found the poll a tad confusing - why the "(gay only)"? It lead me to think having a gay older brother...

    If you're talking about older genetically male individuals who have the same mother as me, then I guess I'll say two...there's my brother brother who is 25 and the son that my mom gave up for adoption who I think is 30 now.

    Is this in reference to the study on brothers? The study concluded that if you are the youngest boy in the family are chances of being gay are highly increased. My son is the only boy and the oldest of my children. When I told him this he said "I'm a freakin' miracle!" LOL Love that kid!

    Its because there's a study stating that the more older brothers you have the more likely you are to be gay appearantly your chances increace by 33.3 percent for each sibling.Well I have 2 older brothers so I wanted to do a poll and check some things for my self.

    If this is the question about sibling order affecting orientation, I think there is some small effect. I don't know the whole science behind it, but there is some small truth to it.

    But the results I got from this thread surprised me. It seems to be pretty even looking at sibling order, you might find it interesting.
