Hi EC Are there any ironic songs that are SUPPOSED to make you feel good, but instead make you feel really bad/upset? To me it would be 'Firework' by Katy Perry, before it actually gets to the bit that's supposed to make you feel good I already feel like absolute crap due to the first few lines, in particular "Do you ever feel so paper thin, like a house of cards? One blow from caving in." As I feel like this a lot, so then when it gets to the bit that makes you feel good and be proud, I'm already feeling so bad that I can't cheer up and in turn remain upset the whole song. Funny how much emotion songs can give us, even funnier when they ironically give us sadness :lol:
'I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing' by Aerosmith. It's supposed to be all romantic and make you feel safe (the safe bit came from my friend), but it just creeps me out and makes me look over my shoulder in paranoia :roflmao:
