    Hello all,

Since most gay and lesbians say they prefer masculine/femenine gay guys/girls,I wonder how many of you at least the members of this forum prefer the contrary,,,in other words the flamboyant/butch gay guys/girls,,,

I personally prefer ultra masculine guys :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I'm not into butch girls but I'm also not into ultra feminine-oh-my-god-my-nail-broke kind of girls either. Ideally, I'd prefer someone in touch with both their feminine and masculine side, but I suppose I lean towards the more feminine types.

There's a difference between being into a certain type of personality, and actually having it working out in an amicable way. In the end, I think that flamboyance is a nice quality I'm attracted to, because it is associated with confidence, but with flamboyance often comes or is correlated to two other traits:
    1) Illogical, irrational ways when it comes to trying to communicate or resolve an issue involve the self, while perfectly capable of giving good advice to others when those issues are impartial
    2) Narcissism, and particularly attracted to ideological thoughts that places the self beyond all others. Often, this is not too much of a big deal, but when those translate into actions that preclude respect for the integrity of others, it is undesirable.

I find flamboyance pretty cute, as long as it doesn't border bitchy.

    very interesting

I think the reason I am not attracted to flamboyant guys is because they resemble "women" in some aspects and that's a turn off for me,I think my mind was set to only be attracted to masculine behaviours :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

sometimes only the way a guy walks or stares turns me on if he do those things in a very masculine/varonile thug way XD

  8. I definitely love flamboyant guys for the personality, but I think I would like a guy who can be tough and manly when he needs to be too

I've been into people on all ends of the spectrum. Very feminine girls, and someone who I knew as a girl, but he was very androgynous and came out as trans a year or so later.

What the person looks like doesn't matter to me but how they act is very important. I like a girl who acts feminine so I would date someone who was butch in appearance but not really stereotypically butch in personality.

I could imagine myself being into males who are slightly flamboyant, but most masculine guys don't turn me on. There's something about being super-ripped with a six-pack and being super manly which doesn't seem to click with me.

I prefer more masculine guys but I won't like, turn down a flamboyant guy... It all depends, but generally I'm more attracted to masculine boys.

I kinda like flamboyant guys... they give a nice foil to my personality and they tend to be more controlling where I am hehe... <--- I kinda like that

I think femme guys can be amazingly attractive, but I can appreciate masculine guys as well. I like most women femme, although I have found some butch women attractive too.

Feminine gender performances are just more exciting to me.

I'm generally attracted to regular masculine guys, but if he's slightly flamboyant, that's ok too. It all depends on the person.
