I got a bracelet similar to this one on Etsy (the actual vendor I used is on vacation, so his page is down at the moment). I'm going to wear it to school today and see what reaction I get. My money's on "nobody will notice," but we'll see.
I like it! I have a rainbow belt and honestly i've never had a comment about it, i'm not too sure whether people realize why i wear it or not.
So far, the only mention of it was a compliment from the barista at the coffee stand. She wanted to know what material the bracelet was made of (parachute cord, AKA 550 cord, for the record).
I think the only reason not that many people would notice is because: - the rainbow colours are most significant to us - you're a female, and it's more commonplace for girls to wear colourful things than guys, so it doesn't stand out as much That's a pretty sick bracelet though.
Over The Rainbow Shop ships to the UK. They don't have a bracelet exactly like the one I showed earlier, but they have all kinds of pride jewelry for you to choose from. Also, I imagine if you searched "pride jewelry UK" you could probably find something local, as shipping from OTR might be expensive.
Omg, that bracelet on the link I asked my parents for one..Too bad they told me no prob. since it was for gay pride, they told me to choose a different one if I really like the style of bracelets...Rawrs, they need to stop being that way.
Yeah i looked on that site but shipping was expensive. I managed to find some really cool stuff on Amazon though. But thanks anyway
Wow I actually like the one from the OP. Too bad they ship to the whole world except for western europe... just sent them an email asking for more info
Hey, I really like that bracelet. Think I'll order one....yea that's the ticket. Thanks for sharing. I sure love gay people! We are the coolest people in the world. The rest just don't know it yet. Give um time. Haha.
Sorry for bumping but yessss mine arrived today. It's the one from the OP. I don't think I have the confidence to wear it in public yet cause well, I'm only out to two people and therefore "scared" of people's reactions, but I do like it
