How could you just fall out of love with somebody when you discover something like this? This would be really difficult!!!

actually, it's quite common, because people are genetically predisposed to find family members attractive, they think. so if you were separated and then meet later in life, there's a high chance of attraction.

I saw this the other day, and it is just too weird to think about. (and the added fact, that the chances of this happening again is like 1 in 945284524952734589384528745248597435203573252205293857432549508347524985743524985724592872435527345024957243052745204395.

Hmmm, the chances of them meeting each other would have been very slim i would have thought. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Something like this has happened to me before. At work this really hot girl started working there and after a few shifts of me and the boys talking about how hot she was I decided to go up to her and talk to her, first thing she said was "Hey did you know I'm your cousin?"... Kinda ruined the moment... Lucky I didn't say anything first!

This is quite unfortunate made WORSE by the fact Everyone knows about it now... no one would look at you the same way...

I have a really distant cousin who is HOT... and his wife is equally hot... (damn beautiful couples...) lol He's distant so it's all good I can look. lol (yet... I don't more then to just know oh he is still lookn good oh well.)

Well, all things aside, isn't "brother" just a title?

If they had nothing to do with each other all their lives, are they truly brother or sister?

I wouldn't advocate falling out of love with this person given the circumstances. The only serious disadvantage they have is social, given that there are repercussions to inbreeding.

i agree. and yes, the chances of them meeting are slim, but the chances of attraction if they did meet are actually high, because of a thing called "genetic sexual attraction". sad but true.

... No. Being a brother or sister means they came from the same parent(s). Thus their genetics are very similar. It's not just a title. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
