If there's a name for the style that incorporates a nerdy t-shirt, practical cargo pants/shorts, and practical sneakers, that's my style usually (though as of late, I've replaced cargo shorts with a kilt with a lot of pockets, and I'm probably going to keep it that way). I suppose my use of a messenger bag to carry my stuff does give me something of a metropolitan look when I use it.

I don't know how to describe it. All I know is I am very preppy and I like warm colors and tighter fitting stuff. It is very influenced by that Southern Cali summer look. At least that is how I see it. Hate kakis and cargo pants (on me at least). At the same time, I like to wear that business type-well dressed style. Not full suits or anything but somewhere between that and casual.

I have music related/nerdy t-shirts, flannel shirts, knitted jumpers and a couple of pairs of jeans. I buy stuff based on how comfortable it is really, I don't think about style much. In terms of shoes I have my veggie docs, converse, running shoes and some black shoes I have for my 6th form dress code.

Bohemian in the spring/summer, I like see-though shirts with a bandeau under it and shorts, and i love, love dresses. In the fall/winter I'm more into skinny jeans and leather jackets.

No name for the style that I know of, but I like to wear a lot of t-shirts with cartoon/game origins on them. Also, cargo shorts...even in the dead of winter if the weather approaches anything close to 60.

Some examples of t-shirts you might see me wearing:
Sonic the Hedgehog doing a Spin Attack with the words "This is how I roll."
Pigpen from The Peanuts with the words "I play dirty."
Charlie Brown sitting at his desk in school with the words "Stay classy."
Lucy picking the football away from Charlie Brown. Charlie goes flying. "Epic fail."
A t-shirt with the crest from Uncharted. "Sic Parvis Magna" Got it from Gamestop's Power-Up Rewards.
A shirt with a cheshire Totoro.

If I have to be a little more presentable, I have some polo t-shirts.

Yeah, right? Cutting back on buying stuff lately since I have to save up. But when I get around to it, this is the next thing on my list:

Alternative casual all the way baggy cargo's, vans, etc, except on formal occasions then I like to do either business casual or on rarer occasions a dapper three piece suit with fedora (the good kind not the cheap crap you find the mall).

I wish I had money enough to have my own style. Not sure what it would look like, as lately I'm changing my mind about lots of things. Right now, my style is just cheap and poor.

Quite frankly, I don't think I have one, maybe 'plain' at best. Something I hope to change in the near future, though I hate trying on new types of clothes . . . :\

You look like a Portlander. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    ---------- Post added 22nd Jun 2012 at 08:58 PM ----------

I like DC and Quicksilver tshirts, jeans with some style to the stitching or pockets like Deported brand, or bright plaid shorts by South Pole, Keens boots (worn them for about 4 years now) and a black belt with some style like subtle crosses or white with black eyelets. Blue and black plaid hoodie, and getting another blue one with silver zipper pockets too. So my look is kinda PDX skater, and unfortunately since it looks good on me, about 90% of all teens and 20s are doing it too.
