OK so i was just wondering. This is for all people out, or recently out. I have recently come out to about ummmmm 15 or so of my really really close friends. One of them,a girl obviously, took it and ran with it, and started asking me about who i thought was hot and what i liked in a man and all that good stuff. Soooooo my question is. When you had just come out did it feel really weird to talk about things that you used to devote your entire life to keeping hidden? It just feels soooooooo weird/awkward to talk about what i have spent something close to 10 years guarding.
yes. when i came out to a group of friends lots of them started asking me questions like that. so trust me it will feel a little weird at first but I'm sure you'll get used to it
i know what you mean. my sister (who i came out to this weekend) is now like "do you think she's hot?" and i'm like "ummmmmm"...
I came out to a girl called elena and she keeps going "oh cool! Now we can talk about guys we like" and she'll say something about a guy and i'll be like" ... urmm.... yeahhh" Very weird - can't imagine getting used to it.
LMAO! my friends do the same! I swear a guy cant even get past us without one of them bugging me about if i thought he was hot. The only way that i finally got them to leave me alone was by explaining that its just like how they are with guys.... some are hot, some are not. I am not attracted to every human with a penis.
actually, It was hard at first, but I quickly grew used to it. Now that I'm out to 4 of my friends, all girls, it's hard for me to think of a time when I couldn't tlak about this stuff with anyone lol.
